Withdrawal conditions

Withdrawal instructions & withdrawal form

We grant everyone the right of withdrawal within 30 days. The following conditions apply:

A. Revocation instruction

You have the right to revoke this contract within 30 days without stating any reasons.
The revocation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Makya c/o Mendes, Kamminer Str. 23, 22147 Hamburg, Germany, email: info@trymakya.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the attached model revocation form, but it is not obligatory.
In order to observe the revocation period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this Agreement, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than additional charges arising from your choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your revocation of this Agreement. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse a repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of returning goods that, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned to us by post (freight goods) are estimated at a maximum of approximately 5 euros for each such item.
You will only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

General information
1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a requirement for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
